HOW TO STYLE YOUR PUFFER COAT | NEW ‘STREET EDIT’ FEATURING THE HARPER HALLAM REVERSIBLE PUFFER COAT 

Today I’m sharing how to style your puffer coat…today’s most wanted coat. If there’s just one jacket everyone needs to have it’s the puffer coat. There chic, slightly bigger and best of all one of the warmest insulated coats. No doubt the puffer coat is one the coolest styles everyone’s wearing that you’ll want one in each color! Find out how to style the puffer coat because why wear a fabulous coat and then have the rest of your look clash with your coat. SHOP MY PRETTY PUFFER COAT LOOK:

HARPER HALLAM REVERSIBLE PUFFER COAT:

I chose to wear my coat on the silver side. Silver (as well as other metallics) have no doubt been a huge fashion statement. They used to just be seen on accessories and shoes but now you will find all sorts of metallics in just about everyone’s outerwear this season from the ski slopes to the streets.

I’m wearing the simply fabulous Harper Hallam Champagne Bronze & Silver Reversible Puffer Jacket with Fox Fur Hoodie (Puffer Coat also comes in Reversible Black & Silver & Reversible Iridescent Pink & Silver also) and is on major sale right now for $439! The original price of this fabulous puffer was $725. It runs TTS I’m wearing the small.

The puffer coat has a multi-colored fox fur hoodie that frame’s your face beautifully and features down lining and waist, hood and arm tighteners. Furthermore, when you want to be a little more casual the fox fur is even removable. I knew this puffer was a huge hit in our house when my teenage daughter begged to take it on her ski trip over Christmas with her. I know you will love this cool, metallic coat just as much as we do!

HOW TO STYLE YOUR PUFFER COAT:

My biggest piece of advice for flawlessly pulling of this look is just KEEP IT SIMPLE to be chic. And the easiest way to do this is with a simple, never fail monochromatic look. I have chosen to do this with all black but you could easily do this with all white as well. This let’s the puffer coat speak for itself and doesn’t fight or clash with it in any way.

Finally, finish off your look with a  chic pair of jeans, cool girl tank or tee and sneakers like I have here today. But If you’re wanting to dress up your look a bit more then just add leather pants, a dressier denim or a pencil skirt along with some boots, booties or heels instead of sneakers.

RE/DONE RIBBED TANK TOP:

This is the perfect cotton, essential layering tank. It is my absolute favorite tank by RE/DONE (tank also found in white & ribbed tank also found in grey & similar ribbed tank for less here, similar tank for less here & similar tank for less also here) and can be easily dressed up or down. I loved it so much that I bought the black one as well! It has a nostalgic feel with very slimming straps and a slightly fitted silhouette. I believe this brand runs slightly small. Plus I didn’t want this tank to be too fitted so I did SIZE UP to a size medium. If you’re wondering what I wear underneath my tank tops: it’s these!

3X1 STRAIGHT CROP JEANS:

Unless you’ve been living under a rock then you might be unaware that the straight leg jean is where it’s at right now. And on everyone’s ‘Must Have’ list. This Straight Leg Crop Jean by 3X1 (denim also found here in blue, similar denim found here for less & similar denim for less here also). I can’t get enough of the color, high-rise and the raw edge hem on them is my absolute favorite!

They’re so popular in our house that if I’m not wearing them then no doubt one of my daughters has snagged them for their next GNO. I must tell you though that these denim run slightly big I normally wear a 26 and I sized down to a 25 in them for a more fitted look. If you’re between sizes though I would just order your normal size.

GOLDEN GOOSE SNEAKERS:

The cool girl sneakers that I’m wearing are by my favorite designer Golden Goose. They are the Golden Goose Mid Star Sneakers (similar golden goose sneakers here & similar sneaker that I love for less here & similar sneaker for less here & similar sneaker here for less).

Golden Goose Deluxe Brand has always been my favorite sneakers to wear. They are brushed and waxed by hand for an authentic, lived-in look. I style mine with everything from tailored menswear, to dresses and of course denim like in this post. They run by whole sizes only and I would say very true to size. I am wearing a size 38 and normally I’m a  7 1/2 or 8 in most shoes.
