Neiman Marcus Shoe & Handbag Event Collaboration

Dreams really do come true! Street Style Squad had its first ever collaboration with Neiman Marcus at Northpark Center during their famous Shoe and Handbag Event a few weeks ago. It was a fabulously fun evening of bites, beverages and beats by DJ Derek-all the while shopping for the must-have shoes and handbags of the spring 2016 Collections. I would like to thank Leah Dworkin and Apryl Churchill for helping me facilitate this event. And I look forward to many more to come. I would also like to thank Shana Anderson Photography for all of these wonderful pictures capturing the spirit of our lovely evening.

Launch Party at Canary

We launched the website, Street Style Squad, on February 25th and followed with a fabulous celebration at Merry Vose’s Canary in Dallas on Lovers Lane.
It was an amazing night for SSS. The warm reception that we received from our friends, family, and the Dallas community was more than we could have ever expected.

I love the cut of this Tish Cox ivory denim crop top. The cap sleeve is super flattering on your arms and I love the raw edge on the bottom hem as well. The denim wide legged pants are my new favorite with their fabulous high waist that goes oh so well with any crop top. Waikoko Beach:

This beach is quite small and relativity hidden along the highway at the very end of Hanalei Bay. We access this beach very easily because our Hawaiian friends know the owner and thus rent from him directly. But for others, getting to the beach from the highway is a little tricky because you have to climb down a steep embankment. Believe me, no matter how you get there, it’s worth every step. Just don’t try to bring too much stuff down the cliff.
