I’m no doubt a girl who loves her neutrals especially white, black and grey. But after awhile that can get a little boring and I want to throw some color into my wardrobe. Everyone loves the simplicity of a crisp white blouse. They have the power of being paired with so many different things. A go-to that always seems to work. Whether you’re headed off to work with a pair of slacks or a skirt, to the pool with some shorts, or with a cool pair of denim like me. The only difference now is white blouses are no longer simple, boring oxfords like your dad’s white shirt. They now have special features and much more interesting details such as ruffles, cutouts, off the shoulder, uneven hems, and bell sleeves. This new updated white blouse has a more elegant and modern feel to them than their older counterparts. And just like the old they can be styled with oh so many things. If you’ve ever met my mom you would understand why she’s the woman I admire most in the world. She truly is such an inspiration and gives of herself each and everyday. In 1962, my mom, Sue Wade, founded Wade College in Dallas, Texas for those students who wanted to join the fashion and merchandising industries. She became interested in fashion at the age of 15 while working for a local department store. Her high school program allowed students to attend school half a day and then work half a day. My RewardStyle Conference Looks

Last weekend I accomplished a major goal of mine since starting my blog, Street Style Squad. I was thrilled to be invited to attend the 5th annual rewardStyle Blogger Conference. It is only held once a year and last year’s conference was held only a little over a month after I launched my blog. I told myself that I would do whatever it took to work hard for you (my followers) to get invited this year. And I’m very proud to say that out of the 12,000 bloggers affiliated with Reward Style around the world I was ranked in the top 200 and therefore was honored and beyond excited to attend the rStheon Conference. I owe each and everyone of you a BIG THANK YOU FOR YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT of my blog Street Style Squad. Because without each of you reading and shopping my blog none of this would be possible!
