UPDATE YOUR BASIC WHITE TEE WITH THE LOOK OF A BEAUTIFUL BLOUSE | JUST IN TIME FOR LABOR DAY WEEKEND
Can you believe it’s already September?! I’m so excited to start dressing for fall when the weather cools down some. But there’s no telling when that will be here in Texas, though! When that day comes, I’m saying goodbye to my basic white tees and hello to this beautiful blouse I’ll be wearing on repeat! This blouse can seriously be worn anywhere and comes in white, black, and a chic leopard color too! An updated white tee like this blouse is everyone’s new uniform that can easily be dressed up or down! White is a color that can be worn year-round, so don’t limit yourself to the spring and summer months with this neutral. Not to mention this would be the perfect look for this weekend’s Labor Day festivities! Plus my shorts are a steal at $70 to finish off your look.

This easy and comfortable cotton tee meets the look of a fancier blouse that can be worn on a variety of occasions. I’m going to be wearing this top so much this fall and winter layered under leather and denim jackets. It also looks super chic worn by itself proving its endless versatility! I love the exaggerated shoulder and smocking around the cuff that adds a feminine touch. Since I’m a huge fan of the puff-sleeve trend, I own this top in two different colors and in two sizes – a small and medium!

LEVI’S 501 High Rise Short:
I’m obsessed with these lightly frayed Levi jean shorts (found here in black on sale) I’ve worn all summer long. Since the heat lasts so long in Texas, I know I won’t be storing them away any time soon. I love the light fading and distressed detail on these making them perfect for any neutral or bright color for any occasion. They pair so well with my puff-sleeve top! These run true to size, I’m wearing a 26.
Steve Madden Sandals:
My go-to sandal of the season have been these Steve Madden Studded + Transparent Strappy Sandals (also comes in a nude & a new stunning rhinestone pattern as well). These aren’t going anywhere anytime soon as they are more popular than ever! They’re affordable, comfortable, and will go with everything you choose to wear!
TOPSHOP Fiji Woven Straw Shoulder Bag:
I have been wearing this bag so much lately and have received so many compliments on it! I love the polished chain strap that adds a flash of glamour to this woven straw shoulder bag. It’s super lightweight and easy to carry for long amounts of time, too which is a plus. Best part? It’s currently 33% off making it well under $30! Such a steal!
Diamond Heart Pendant Necklace:
This gorgeous diamond heart necklace is similar to the one I’ve featured in today’s look, and I think it’s beautiful! It goes with everything. Jennifer Zeuner (her jewelry found here too & also found here). She makes the best jewelry that is on-trend and high-quality. The diamond-and-enamel pendant is simply gorgeous! I think the blue color is so fitting for summer, too. Plus it now comes in 3 colors too and is a fraction of the price of the Jennifer Meyer jewelry that I also love and cherish!
LAGOS Crossover Ring:
I along with all 3 of my girls have this exact crossover ring and are all obsessed with it! They actually got this ring as their class rings instead of the traditional high school class ring and absolutely love it. They wear them on repeat and so do I! It has signature Caviar beading that adds luxe texture to an elegantly shaped X. I highly recommend adding this to your jewelry collection or putting this accessory on a wish list!
